Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the cleaning services provided by Sophia Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Sophia Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area. Our services include but are not limited to house cleaning, deep cleaning, apartment cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, eco-friendly cleaning, and same-day cleaning.

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are personalized based on property size, cleaning type, condition, and specific requests.
  • Quotes are estimates and final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions found at the property.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Recurring cleaning plans may receive discounted rates compared to one-time services.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Service appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of date, time, and scope of work.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window.
  • Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in service termination.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs when requesting a quote.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable working conditions for our cleaning team.
  • Secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before the cleaning appointment.
  • Inform us of any hazards, special conditions, or areas requiring special attention.

Satisfaction and Complaints

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning on every visit. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the completed service.
  • We will arrange a re-clean of the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
  • Re-cleans are limited to the original scope of work.

Liability and Damages

  • Sophia Cleaning Services takes reasonable care when cleaning your property.
  • In the event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • We will assess the damage and work with you to find a fair resolution.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or inherently fragile items that were not secured or disclosed prior to cleaning.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
